Harshit Rana made his T20I debut for India in unusual circumstances after not being named within the enjoying XI for the 4th T20I in opposition to England on Friday (January 31) on the Maharashtra Cricket Affiliation (MCA) Stadium in Pune and got here into the Indian lineup within the second innings of the match.
